Mission Hospice has been providing exceptional care for patients in the greater Los Angeles Area since 1997. The map above shows the area where Mission Hospice provides hospice and palliative care services. In order to provide the best physical and emotional support for our patients, we have assembled a team of professionals that live in the communities they serve. From nurses who design care plans to help manage our patients’ symptoms to our Chaplains, who are experts in end-of-life spiritual care. Our multilingual staff speaks ten different languages, from Spanish to Vietnamese, to better serve our patients. Mission Hospice currently works with 35 health providers and 43 facilities to provide care for their residents, while also providing care in many patients’ homes. It is our mission to provide exceptional care for our patients and their families during this difficult time in their lives.
